Team Sheets - Important Information

Some clubs are wondering why after completing post match administrative duties they are being fined by the League for the non receipt of Official Team Sheets.

It is apparent that ,despite moving house two years ago, several clubs are using formal stationery bearing my old address. I no longer have control of what is sent there and cannot recover items from the local sorting office. The League issued new stationery which can be downloaded from the website.

Please ensure that the CORRECT stationery is used SHOWING my address of 1 Moorfield Road Dentons Green St Helens WA10 6AU.

I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ESSENTIAL DOCUMENTATION WHICH GOES ASTRAY AND FINES IMPOSED AND ISSUED VIA THE LEAGUE’S TREASURER FOR SUCH NON RECEIPT CANNOT BE WITHDRAWN.
