14 Transfers 14.03 A transfer request form must be completed and endorsed with all the relevant signatures. Requests should be posted to the Transfer Secretary or handed in at a monthly meeting. 14.03 A transfer request form must be completed and endorsed with the same signatures as detailed on the application for league membership.
