Notification of Annual General Meeting

The North West Counties 13-15 Annual General Meeting will take place at Golborne Parkside Sports and Community Centre on Wednesday 2nd June 2010 at 8.30pm prior to the Ordinary Monthly Meeting. Any clubs not present will be fined £50. Apologies for absence will not be accepted.

The Management Committee have proposed numerous changes to the Constitution for the coming 2010-11 season. These can be found on the next article.

If any further clarity only is required prior to the AGM, when these changes will be discussed in detail, please email Jackie or Sam. All other issues will be debated on the night before a vote of clubs is taken.

Please also note that each club (not team) is entitled to one vote only regardless of how many delegates are present. A simple majority of clubs present is required to carry a proposition.
