Finals Weekend Car Parking Details

We are pleased to announce that, due to the recent spell of good weather, there will be ample free "off street" parking for anyone attending this weekend’s Development & NW Counties Cup Finals.

All vehicles can be parked on the rear fields at Golborne Parkside which is not only nearer to the event,than parking on the surrounding streets but also minimises the risk of any damage to vehicles whilst coaches & minibuses etc are trying to access the ground.

Directions

From A580 East Lancashire Road Westbound

At B5207 turn right onto Church Ln

After approx 1/3 mile continue through traffic lights onto

B5207 Golborne Rd

After approx 200 yards turn right into Rectory Avenue

After 50 yards turn left into Roadside Court and follow road to right onto Car Park

From M6/A580 East Lancashire Road Eastbound

Continue past Golborne roundabout/island

After approx 1/2 mile at McDonalds/Stone Cross traffic lights turn left

At roundabout take the 3^rd exit marked Stone Cross Lane North

After approx 1/2 mile turn left at the traffic lights onto

B5207 Golborne Rd

After approx 200 yards turn right into Rectory Avenue

After 50 yards turn left into Roadside Court and follow road to right onto Car Park

From A573 Wigan Rd/Ashton Rd

At small mini roundabout at Red Lion bear left onto

B5207 Golborne Rd

Continue past the normal turnings for Golborne Parkside Sports & Community Club (Pennine Lane/Thirlmere Rd)

After approx 300 yards turn left into Rectory Avenue

After 50 yards turn left into Roadside Court and follow road to right onto Car Park
