Team Sheets

Could I please remind all clubs that the original copies of Official Team Sheets either faxed or scanned to me on the completion of games must be brought to the next League meeting and be handed in to me.

These will then replace the temporary copies received by e-mail or fax.

Should there ever be an insurance claim following a serious injury the company dealing with the claim will need to have sight of the "original" document as neither a fax nor a scanned copy of it is sufficient for this purpose.
