Parent Recruitment Workshops |

Do you need help recruiting volunteers? Do you have parents you feel want to get involved in rugby league? Are there opportunities for parents to take on specific volunteer roles at your club?
If the answer is yes to any of the 3 questions above then why not run a specific workshop that is designed to help you recruit more parents into volunteer roles that can help support your club and grow your volunteer workforce. Why run this workshop?
o Parent recruitment workshops have been delivered to over 15 clubs in the o Workshops have been delivered at presentation nights, training sessions and on match days, usually inside a club room or changing room. o In total over 595 individuals have attended the workshops throughout the last year. o From this approximately 80 individuals have now signed up to volunteer in some capacity at their rugby league club. This being a parent, young person or supporter. o The volunteers are aged between 16 – 65 years old. o This is just from a 20 minute workshop. o The workshop is FREE! What does the workshop include?
