Welcome to the NW Counties 13-15 ARL Website

Test ImageNorth West Counties 13s - 15s Amateur Rugby League is the organisation responsible for running the competitions at this age group and are closely linked to the British Amateur Rugby League Association and the RFL. Everyone involved with the association volunteers their time so that the youngsters in this age group can play Rugby League.

This website is designed to make communication between the clubs and the league much easier and allow required information to spread around the Clubs. The website has a custom built admin system which allows the individuals carrying out the many functions of the league to update the site themselves using very simple forms.

Halton Borough Council is committed to increase sports participation by providing support to its sports clubs and other voluntary sector providers of recreation opportunities. These new posts within the Council's Sports Development Team will lead on areas of work identified as key priorities by the Halton Sport and Physical Activity Alliance. Applicants for all post must demonstrate the following attributes:

  • A proven track record of supporting the development of voluntary sector groups.
  • An ability to form effective partnerships with a wide range of organisations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and decision making skills.

HBC 5 £18,907 - £20,736

37 HOURS PER WEEK

 

FIXED TERM FOR 3 YEARS

You will be required to co-ordinate activity within the Halton Rugby League Service Area (HRLSA). Ensuring the efficient management, communication and development of structures to ensure the growth of Rugby League within Halton. Focusing on club accreditation and increasing participation 16 years +, coach and match official development.

You will be required to work regular evenings and occasional weekends

This post has been established through the support of Sport England and The Rugby Football League.

 

If successful, you will be required to apply for an Enhanced Disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau.  Further information about the Disclosure Scheme can be found at www.crb.gov.uk.

The last big game of the season sees Halton Farnworth Hornets travel to the John Charles Centre for Sport, South Leeds Stadium to take on Castleford Lock Lane in the final of the Northern Rail National Cup.
